What you will do

• Drive core feature delivery across the entire flight booking funnel, from search to fulfillment.
• Build scalable services that integrate new airline partners and support the B2B distribution network.
• Design and implement highly resilient, low-latency services for a seamless customer experience.
• Lead technical implementation of new integrations with external airline and GDS partners.
• Contribute to system design discussions and enhance service scalability, performance, and monitoring.
• Uphold code quality through thorough reviews and mentor more junior engineers on best practices.

Requirements

• Track record of owning the technical implementation, testing, and deployment of features throughout the development lifecycle.
• Experience working on and contributing to the design of highly available microservices in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in Scala or other JVM languages, such as Java/Kotlin.
• Familiarity with various distributed systems communication methods, including gRPC, Pub/Sub, and REST.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Mexico for remote work.
