What you will do
- Own full-funnel CRO cycles from research to rollout for subscription-based products like "GetQR".
- Analyze subscription funnels, especially low-cost trial flows, to identify friction and optimize conversions.
- Design creative, high-impact UI/UX variations to drive trial starts and subscription upgrades.
- Collaborate with engineering for pixel-perfect implementation and rapid experimentation.
- Use statistical rigor to validate test results and scale winning variants.
- Build and manage a systematic testing roadmap to achieve quarterly conversion growth targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience with subscription-based D2C or SMB SaaS funnels.
- Proven track record of meaningful conversion lifts in similar business models.
- Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to produce high-quality mockups.
- Proficiency in GA4, Mixpanel, GrowthBook, or equivalent analytics and experimentation tools.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be located within approximately ±4 hours of CET for optimal collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker).
- Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
- Strong project management skills.
