Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, The Netherlands with office presence required two days a week

What you will do

  • Define and evolve People team strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead portfolio and prioritization of People initiatives with transparent governance.
  • Champion a problem-first approach to deeply understand business challenges before solution design.
  • Partner with senior leadership and People Business Partners to embed strategic initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advance data-driven decision-making through robust people analytics infrastructure.
  • Promote development of PowerSkills including problem-solving, AI & data literacy, consulting, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Amsterdam, The Netherlands with office attendance two days per week
  • 5+ years experience in portfolio management, organizational transformation, or agile execution within People teams.
  • Strong change leadership and process improvement skills.
  • Comfort with digital strategy and analytics tools.
  • Ability to build relationships across C-level and senior leadership.
  • Outstanding communication and public speaking skills.
