What you will do
- Define and evolve People team strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead portfolio and prioritization of People initiatives with transparent governance.
- Champion a problem-first approach to deeply understand business challenges before solution design.
- Partner with senior leadership and People Business Partners to embed strategic initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Advance data-driven decision-making through robust people analytics infrastructure.
- Promote development of PowerSkills including problem-solving, AI & data literacy, consulting, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Amsterdam, The Netherlands with office attendance two days per week
- 5+ years experience in portfolio management, organizational transformation, or agile execution within People teams.
- Strong change leadership and process improvement skills.
- Comfort with digital strategy and analytics tools.
- Ability to build relationships across C-level and senior leadership.
- Outstanding communication and public speaking skills.
