Location: Your group will consist of Rioters across the globe, including Sydney and North America. You will work with partners in multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day production efforts for a cross-functional development team.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and milestone execution.
• Ensure strong team health, culture, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on goals.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery of high-quality tools and features.
• Coordinate across teams to unblock dependencies and align technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in game development.
• Ample experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams through all feature development phases (planning, execution, delivery, post-release support).
• Experience applying Agile and Lean development processes such as Scrum or Kanban.

Nice to have

• Experience with the video game industry, in either live or multiplayer games.
• Experience working with teams building metagames or core gameplay systems.
• Mastery of production tools like Jira to track development and create accurate reporting.
