What you will do

• Assist Producers in planning, tracking, and coordinating development tasks across departments.
• Maintain schedules, sprint boards, feature breakdowns, and project documentation.
• Support communication between design, art, programming, QA, and external partners.
• Facilitate meetings such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate concerns to Producers.
• Coordinate QA scheduling, bug tracking, and build management workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in Sheffield, UK
• Previous experience in production, coordination, or project support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of game development workflows and pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience in a game development studio or creative production environment.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Perforce or Git.
