Marketing Specialist

We are searching for a marketer who is not afraid of challenges, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and knows how to turn bold ideas into measurable results.

 What you will do:
 - Drive and optimize the company’s marketing strategy.
 - Analyze and evaluate customer acquisition campaigns and their performance.
 - Act as a key link between the company and agency partners.
 - Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Creative, and others) to ensure smooth execution.
 - Launch and oversee impactful ad campaigns that deliver results.
 - Monitor and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
 
 What we expect:
 - 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in agencies or networks.
 - Solid understanding of advertising networks, targeting, and analytics.
 - Proven ability to analyze market trends and measure campaign efficiency.
 - Hands-on experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira).
 - English level C1 or above.
 
 Nice-to-have:
 - Experience in crypto, iGaming, or Sportsbook projects.
 - Practical knowledge of launching campaigns on ad networks.
 - KPI and budget management skills.
 - Copywriting background.
