What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise AI strategy and roadmap for People & Culture technology.
• Manage cross-functional AI initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Partner with teams to design AI-driven process improvements enhancing employee engagement and efficiency.
• Establish governance and ethical AI frameworks ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Lead configuration and optimization of AI capabilities in HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
• Develop AI workflows and data models for workforce planning and analytics.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• 10+ years in HR technology or enterprise process improvement with 3-5 years leading AI or automation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and HR technology ecosystems.
• Strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and executive influence abilities.

Nice to have

• Background in policy design, governance, and ethical AI practices.
• Project management or process improvement certifications (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma).
