Customer Satisfaction Agent


JOIN US IN SHAPING HOW CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE REVA GROUP — AND HOW THEY TALK ABOUT US.
At Reva Group, customer satisfaction is a key part of how we build trust and deliver a smooth rental experience across our markets. We are recruiting for our dedicated Customer Satisfaction Team to strengthen how we listen to customers, manage feedback, and improve our online reputation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Customer Service Team to understand customer needs, spot patterns, and help drive meaningful improvements. You’ll play an important part in shaping a more structured approach to reviews, feedback, and proactive outreach — directly influencing how customers experience and perceive Reva Group.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Managing online reviews on various platforms


* Monitoring and improving NPS (Net Promoter Score) feedback


* Identifying insights and trends and sharing them with relevant teams


* Running proactive initiatives via email and phone to improve customer satisfaction and trust.


* Collaborating closely with the Customer Service Team, while owning your own responsibilities within Customer Satisfaction






THE ROLE
* Remote position


* Full-time: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)


* Start date: Preferably January


* You must have your own computer and headset






WHO YOU ARE

* Enjoys working independently and taking ownership


* Has hands-on experience using email ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar), including billing, subscription, and payment support via platforms such as Rebilly, Stripe, Adyen, Buckaroo, or equivalent


* Has experience in customer service, customer satisfaction, or reputation management (a plus)
