What you will do

• Take ownership of internal development integrating or extending vendor software for post-trade equity back-office processes.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by following best practices in development and testing.
• Maintain and enhance technical documentation for ongoing development.
• Manage preparation, delivery, and tracking of platform releases coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with trading desks and global teams in Europe and Asia.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or have US work authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• 5–9 years of professional experience in application development with .NET and C#.
• Experience with U.S. broker-dealer platforms such as Broadridge Shadow, BPS, IMPACT, or FIS Phase 3.
• Strong software development skills across various operating systems and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver on tight timelines.
