What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of designers to foster growth and design excellence.
• Own and evolve the brand system across physical and digital environments.
• Set and communicate a cohesive design vision aligned with company strategy.
• Guide creative execution across campaigns, events, digital products, and environmental graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, events, and workplace teams to bring the brand to life.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of professional design experience and 2–3 years in design team leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, environmental design, and integrated campaigns.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to execution and manage agencies/vendors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Francisco, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Background in web, event design, wayfinding, signage, or large-scale environmental graphics.
• Video production knowledge and experience.
• Motion or 3D design skills.
