What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of brand and production designers.
• Set creative direction across all growth marketing surfaces.
• Design and deliver end-to-end campaigns that drive impact and pipeline.
• Build scalable Figma templates, processes, and creative standards.
• Oversee production workflows and partner with Growth Marketing leads.
• Uphold and evolve the hirify.global brand and contribute to design culture.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of professional design experience.
• 2–3+ years leading or managing brand and production designers.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel marketing design.
• Experience with performance marketing creative (paid social, display ads, email).
• Ability to coach designers and directly contribute to work.
• Experience building systems, templates, and scalable processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation tools (Jitter) and production design tools (Figma Buzz, Celtra, Bannerflow).
• Fintech/SaaS background.
• Agency management experience.
