What you will do

• Develop and refine high-performance iOS applications integrating advanced AI systems.
• Design and implement core components in Objective-C and Swift for real-time AI features.
• Build low-latency, memory-efficient mobile infrastructure for advanced model inference and dynamic UI.
• Collaborate with Design and Applied Research teams to deliver intuitive, high-fidelity user experiences.
• Establish engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
• Drive innovation in mobile-AI interaction by evaluating tradeoffs and shaping mobile architecture.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Palo Alto, CA, United States
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent advanced degree with reduced experience.
• Deep expertise in Objective-C runtime, iOS internals, multithreading, and performance profiling.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and software design patterns.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
