What you will do

• Design and build new functionality for the iOS app using Swift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
• Drive architectural decisions, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in iOS app development, specifically with frameworks like UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Graphics.
• Proven ability to contribute meaningfully to an iOS app in production and own development tasks with minimal guidance.
• Impact-oriented mindset, prioritizing outcomes over output and considering business and user value.
• Adaptability to evolving environments and productivity even when requirements shift.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate well, communicate with empathy, and mentor/learn from others.

Nice to have

• Experience using modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to boost productivity.
• Collaboration experience with full-stack engineering teams on backend and/or frontend components for mobile applications.
• Track record of taking products from 0-to-1 stage through to successful scaling post-launch.
