Salary: $170,000.00–$210,000.00

What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic analyst relations program, fostering deeper relationships with the research analyst community.
• Drive positive awareness and reputation for hirify.global as a global Fintech innovator.
• Initiate, organize, and prepare all analyst briefings, collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Strategy, IR).
• Craft comprehensive materials (e.g., research, strategic messaging, Q&As, news releases) and support executives for meetings.
• Create and drive major campaigns, manage outside agencies, and support thought leadership content development.
• Monitor industry analysts, competitor activity, and relevant market trends.

Requirements

• Seven to ten years of research analyst relations, strategic communications, or PR experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of financial services and/or technology industries.
• Experience with research analyst community (e.g., Gartner, Aite, Celent).
• Ability to provide strategic counsel to senior executives on high-profile communications issues.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to executives and a variety of audiences.
• Fluent in digital media as it relates to corporate communications and reputation management.

Nice to have

• PR agency and/or financial media experience.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, GoodData, Demand Center, and Eloqua.
• Background knowledge of the capital markets and/or wealth industry.
