Key Account Manager (Security)

What you will do

• Lead sales and develop business plans for selected key accounts.
• Set annual targets and continuously follow up on KPIs.
• Act as a professional interface between accounts and Axis, ensuring alignment with the partner ecosystem.
• Actively participate in trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to increase Axis's reach and presence within your territory.
• Work closely with system integrators and distribution to develop project pipelines and close projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within IT & security.
• Proven track record in sales and account management.
• High technical interest and comfortable with solution selling in the security industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in German and English languages, written and spoken.
• Must be home-office based within the South West of Germany.

• Experience working with an indirect sales-model from a similar role within security.
