What you will do

• Leverage expertise in hirify.global AI capabilities (predictive AI, Agentic Virtual Agents, Copilot) to demonstrate product value.
• Design and rapidly prototype innovative AI use cases, accelerators, and solution patterns.
• Support pre-sales activities including technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
• Provide technical feedback and strategic insights to Product Management for AI product enhancements.
• Develop engaging technical assets, deep-dive demonstrations, and workshops for field teams.
• Influence CIO/CTO-level stakeholders to position hirify.global AI as integral to IT and transformation strategies.

Requirements

• Intellectual Curiosity: A genuine passion for rapidly learning and adapting to the evolving AI landscape.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including ML, NLU/NLP, LLMs, and advanced prompt engineering.
• Strong ability to create, deliver, and adapt compelling technical demonstrations and presentations.
• Demonstrated success partnering with sales teams to understand customer challenges and provide AI-focused technical solutioning.
• Expertise in integrating hirify.global AI solutions with customer technology ecosystems and the broader hirify.global Cloud platform.
• Strong understanding of hirify.global architecture components and how they interact with AI and Agentic Virtual Agent capabilities.
