What you will do

• Support Information Security and IAM operational initiatives of low to moderate complexity.
• Perform access provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review support.
• Analyze access-related security issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and support automation efforts.
• Review and follow security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Document processes, findings, and recommendations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Experience working with access provisioning or security operations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment on low-to-medium risk issues.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or SailPoint.
• Familiarity with access reviews, RBAC, or JML processes.
• Exposure to security compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC, NIST).
• Experience working in environments undergoing process automation.
