What you will do

• Identify and create new sales opportunities within designated territories.
• Manage sales pipeline by tracking activities, lead response, and Salesforce hygiene.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
• Effectively communicate with customers to address concerns and identify mutually beneficial solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Achieve or exceed sales quotas by independently managing sales activities and prioritizing efforts.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in sales or other equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, and the market.
• Excellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan own territory/account approach and manage own resources.
• Strong negotiation skills, preferably with small business owners.
