Location: Must be based in Colombia or be able to relocate to Colombia

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Payments & Transfers ecosystem for Colombia including account-to-account, bank, card, and cash flows
• Design and launch integrations with local payment infrastructure and define settlement and exception handling logic
• Optimize payment flows to reduce failures and improve user trust and transaction speed
• Lead product roadmap for customer-facing payments and internal operational tools
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to design fraud prevention and regulatory compliance flows
• Manage and grow a cross-functional product team with clear goals and delivery standards

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
• Proven hands-on experience with the Colombian market and local payment rails (PSE, bank transfers, clearing)
• Experience launching and operating payments/transfers products specifically in Colombia
• Strong knowledge of Colombian regulation and compliance requirements
• Fluent in English
