What you will do

• Drive one Scrum team as the Product Owner providing vision and direction.
• Create and manage requirements as epics and stories, maintaining the product backlog.
• Lead product release planning and set delivery expectations for new functionalities.
• Mitigate impediments impacting sprint and release goals.
• Support the team and organization by promoting agile and scrum best practices.
• Partner with product management and business stakeholders to maximize business value and ROI.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (onsite)
• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner in a technological environment.
• Solid agile and scrum experience.
• Ability to define requirements addressing business challenges and technical changes.
• Strong communication skills across technology and business teams.
• Familiarity with online sports betting and casino products is a plus.
• Good understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture is considered a plus.
