Salary: £60,000–£75,000

What you will do

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with co-founder and Head of Product.
  • Independently drive discovery and delivery efforts based on customer insights.
  • Translate strategy into actionable priorities and requirements.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and gain buy-in for product vision.
  • Educate the wider company on product direction and impact.
  • Coach junior product managers and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • Location: Manchester with hybrid work (up to 3 days remote).
  • Proven track record of shipping successful products/features.
  • Strong strategic planning, prioritization, and discovery skills.
  • Ability to influence across departments including executives.
  • Commercial acumen and data-informed decision making.
  • Clear communication skills for internal and client engagement.

  • Experience coaching junior product managers.
  • Passion for improving the property industry.
