What you will do

  • Own end-to-end Debit Card and Savings Account product lifecycle for Colombia, including regulatory design, launch, and growth
  • Define and scale core debit card capabilities such as issuance, activation, controls, and dispute management
  • Design and optimize savings account features including balance management, interest logic, and customer incentives
  • Define, monitor, and improve key product metrics like activation rates, transaction success, and customer satisfaction
  • Run experiments (A/B tests, pricing, UX changes) to continuously improve product performance
  • Lead and grow a cross-functional product team, setting goals and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure
  • Proven hands-on experience with Colombian market and regulatory environment
  • Experience owning debit card products end-to-end including issuance, activation, disputes, and chargebacks
  • Experience with savings accounts or similar store-of-value products
  • Fluent in English
