What you will do
- Guide customers in strategic use of Cognigy’s AI technology to maximize investment value.
- Identify customer needs and coordinate solution implementation.
- Engage in technical discussions and articulate business value to enterprise executives.
- Define and track customer success metrics and retention strategies.
- Develop sales proposals aligned with customer goals and negotiate terms.
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to enhance customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years experience as a Customer Success Manager in software industry.
- Experience with CCaaS, AI, or conversational AI is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage enterprise executives.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within the USA.
- Understanding of SaaS business and IT processes.
