What you will do
- Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, including roadmap, vendor relationships, and license management.
- Lead implementation, integration, and optimisation projects across revenue systems.
- Design and enhance critical revenue workflows from lead capture to renewal.
- Maintain strong data integrity by overseeing CRM data structure and standards.
- Monitor and improve system performance for GTM teams.
- Partner with RevOps, BI, IT, and GTM leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience with CRM systems (ideally Hubspot), including integration and administration.
- Experience with iPaaS solutions like Zapier or Workato.
- Familiarity with commercial aspects of a SaaS company.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Currently resident in or near Leiden, Netherlands.
