What you will do

• Architect and implement high-performance authorization systems supporting real-time policy evaluation and scalable relationship modeling
• Develop deep expertise in authorization paradigms like RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, hierarchical FGA, and policy-driven access control
• Work directly with enterprise customers to translate compliance and access control needs into product features
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Authorization with the broader hirify.global platform
• Explore new greenfield opportunities including incremental authorization primitives and richer SDK capabilities
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the engineering team for the Authorization product roadmap

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience building systems for identity, authorization, storage, or large-scale data platforms
• Ability to work in fast-paced, small team environments
• Strong communication skills and growth mindset
• Location: Must be based in the United States to work remotely
• Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, React, Postgres, B2B SaaS, or developer tools
