What you will do

• Lead the Client Journey Data Science team, including Sales and Growth Product Data Science subteams.
• Partner with commercial and marketing teams to build data science solutions driving client conversion and engagement.
• Develop a vision for a data-powered client journey leveraging personalization and segmentation.
• Drive data-first understanding of client acquisition, loyalty, and retention strategies.
• Oversee development of data pipelines, models, metrics, experimentation, and reporting solutions.
• Establish team structures, roadmaps, and best practices to deliver high-quality data outputs.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years managing multiple data science teams, including managers.
• 8-10 years leading technical data science initiatives including modelling, experimentation, and machine learning.
• Proven experience driving business outcomes with data in client acquisition and retention.
• Strong business acumen in growth, sales, and loyalty.
• Excellent SQL and Python skills with experience in popular data science frameworks.
• Location: Must be based in Canada to work remotely.
