Salary: $183,000 - $215,000 USD (Base Salary range for San Francisco, CA)

hirify.global is building a data platform to power safe and fair decisions, with Truework operating as an independently iterating "startup within a startup" focused on employment and income information verification.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Truework platform, used by major mortgage lenders in the US.
• Lead projects and take ownership of product development from feature definition to scaling.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to architect new features.
• Deliver performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code capable of supporting Truework’s significant scale.
• Monitor, investigate, triage, and resolve production issues for team-owned services.
• Experiment with new product ideas and validate customer needs with a data-driven approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent education/training).
• Proficiency in Python and Javascript (or similar languages/frameworks).
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week in San Francisco, CA, Denver, CO, or Santiago, Chile.
