TL;DR

Data Analyst (Marketing Analytics): Gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to derive compelling insights that drive the optimization of marketing initiatives with an accent on the design and management of data collection and analytics solutions. Focus on delivering cross-channel performance views, developing A/B testing strategies, and using predictive analytics to inform marketing decisions.

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the Saint-MandΓ© office (Paris, France) and 2 days working from home.

What you will do

  • Help stakeholders make data-driven decisions by translating business questions into analytics projects.
  • Deliver cross-channel performance insights and recommendations for marketing initiatives.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities across various segments.
  • Work with marketing teams to measure effort effectiveness and develop testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Use predictive analytics and develop robust analytic processes to frame campaign expectations and inform marketing strategies.
  • Create, guide, and distribute data and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting utilizing various analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong quantitative skills and experience utilizing scientific analytic methods, qualitative methods, quantitative analysis techniques, and predictive modeling.
  • Demonstrated success presenting complex qualitative and quantitative research data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL and Excel.
  • Experience in generating insights from customer-level data and aggregated data sources.
  • Programming experience with Python, R, or comparable statistical modeling tools is a plus.
