What you will do

• Build new services using Golang, GRPC, Typescript, and React to meet critical business needs.
• Support team members in design techniques and best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Efficiently deliver improvements across multiple teams by leveraging hirify.global's platform and development practices.
• Participate in generating innovative ideas and transforming them into action.
• Communicate complex technical themes clearly to both technical and non-technical leaders.
• Work with teams and teammates across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience developing web apps and shipping user-facing features with JavaScript and modern JS frameworks like React.
• Experience with large-scale, high-traffic platforms and implementing scalable, robust services.
• Proficiency in Go.
• Experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, BuildKite or similar.
• Experience in rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, metrics, logging, tracing, debugging.
• Experience in event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ etc.), and proficiency in either SQL or NoSQL databases.

Nice to have

• Python, Ruby.
• Kafka, MongoDB, Snowflake.
• SaaS platform experience.
• Applications using OpenAI/ChatGPT/ThirdParty Integrations.
• Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity.
