What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Generate ideas, formulate and validate hypotheses, and run user research and experiments.
• Oversee the product development process, including backlog management, release planning, and impact data analysis.
• Monitor progress toward goals and adjust plans based on results.
• Lead a team of 5 to 20 people, including people management responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner for high-traffic content, e-commerce, or educational platforms (ideally with over 1 million DAU).
• Proven ability to manage and scale cross-platform products (web, iOS, Android).
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams (design, engineering, data, marketing).
• Experience with hypothesis-driven development and experimentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English: B2 (Upper-intermediate) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of music theory and/or experience with music-related products.
