What you will do
- Present a territory plan within the first 90 days and build a plan for success internally and externally
- Engage with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, and program managers to drive sales
- Close new and existing accounts while managing both quick wins and complex sales cycles
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets using a solution-based sales approach
- Track customer details and forecasting in Salesforce
- Promote hirify.global' enterprise cloud data platform
Requirements
- Must be located onsite in Texas, United States
- 5+ years of sales experience exceeding quotas, preferably in big data, cloud, or SaaS
- Experience working with CIOs, program managers, and key decision makers
- Ability to articulate complex cloud technologies clearly
- Bachelor's degree required
- Understanding of Spark and big data is preferable
