What you will do

• Define and implement security strategy, policies, and goals aligned with business objectives
• Lead and grow a high-performing security team, fostering individual growth and security culture
• Drive security risk management and compliance programs in collaboration with legal, data protection, and finance
• Manage application security initiatives and build security incident response processes
• Communicate security risks and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS)

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing security teams and resources
• Certified in cybersecurity management (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
• Proficient with security principles, technologies, and engineering domains
• Strong communication skills to articulate security issues to all business stakeholders
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems in a hyper-growth environment
• English language proficiency required; application and communication in English
