What you will do

• Advise operational and technology leaders on risk identification, assessment, and management aligned with global frameworks.
• Embed resilient and secure-by-design practices including observability, recovery, and DevSecOps principles.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to translate policies into practical controls.
• Lead risk and control assessments, issue management, and reporting for platforms and services.
• Collaborate with global risk teams to maintain enterprise-wide transparency.
• Monitor regulatory trends and cyber threats, advising leadership on strategic responses.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States (Arizona) or able to work remotely within US time zones
• 5+ years experience in operational or technology risk management in large global SaaS or cloud companies.
• Expertise in cloud computing (AWS preferred), platform engineering, Agile, DevSecOps, and resilience-by-design.
• Experience with mature regulated environments and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOC2.
• Strong partner management skills and ability to communicate complex risk topics clearly.
