🔹The Role:
-Oversee day-to-day ops/risk management: Coordinate logistics, workflows, and support functions across the team.
-Risk oversight: Work closely with our risk management partners, maintain strong relationships, and identify gaps or issues in real time.
-Compliance awareness: Ensure processes align with industry best practices and evolving regulatory requirements.
-Technical coordination: Work closely with service providers and resolve operational or technical issues as they arise.
-Report to executive team: Provide regular updates and structured reporting to support strategic decision-making.

🔹About You:

-Crypto background: Familiarity with exchanges, wallets, compliance, and risk considerations in the crypto space.
