TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Driving growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities with an accent on outbound prospecting, stakeholder engagement, and pipeline management. Focus on booking meetings, qualifying leads, and collaborating with sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Office-based in London with initial full-time office presence required, later hybrid with four days in office per week.

What you will do

  • Generate business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and research.
  • Engage with C-suite and Director-level prospects to communicate product value.
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads for sales conversion.
  • Manage and update sales pipeline in Salesforce ensuring smooth handover to sales team.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to convert opportunities into qualified leads.
  • Continuously learn new tools and strategies to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London and work onsite during initial training and mostly onsite thereafter.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Track record of exceeding targets or performance expectations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for sales and ability to thrive in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
