What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (40%) and React (60%) frameworks.
• Build and optimize backend services and microservices leveraging Java, Kafka, and Python.
• Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React, ensuring excellent user experience.
• Integrate and manage Kafka messaging systems for real-time data processing and communication.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Java EE) and React.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for messaging and streaming.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of DevOps practices and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to data streaming, real-time analytics, or big data technologies.
