• Win new business and grow existing client relationships across Eastern Europe, prioritizing Czech or Polish markets.
• Manage multi-product sales cycles and forecast to achieve quarterly targets.
• Facilitate joint business planning and strategic growth conversations with agencies.
• Provide world-class customer service and collaborate with Account Strategist teams.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and champion new products externally.
• Attend industry events to build a strong network and manage sales pipeline accurately.

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech and/or Polish
• Experience in digital media sales, display, search, or eCommerce.
• Strong track record in new business development and negotiation skills.
• Established relationships in the retail industry with brands and agencies.
• Ability to understand client business needs and present tailored solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving team environment.
