What you will do

• Monitor and analyze payment transactions to identify potential fraud.
• Utilize fraud detection tools and investigate suspicious activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement fraud mitigation strategies.
• Manage payment processing, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Collaborate with customer service and technology teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Liaise with external payment providers and financial institutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in payments processing or fraud detection, preferably in online gaming/betting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of sportsbook and casino products.
• English proficiency: Good verbal and written communication.
