Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, with remote work possible only if the employee is located in Poland.

What you will do

• Optimize and finalize VBR product functionalities (application-aware processing, DB plugins).
• Carry out performance analysis and profiling.
• Run diagnostics and fix bugs through log analysis and process dumps.
• Implement network protocols between system components.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial development.
• Strong knowledge of C++ and STL.
• Experience in developing multithreaded applications.
• Knowledge of algorithms (data storage structure).
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams.
• Must be located in Poland for remote work; hybrid option available in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Windows platform and WinAPI.
• Experience developing on Linux or willingness to learn.
• Network programming experience.
• Knowledge of C#.
• Professional experience with PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server.
