Customer Solutions Design Specialist (Architecture): Designing and managing end-to-end technical solutions that meet customer requirements with an accent on solution integration, risk management, and customer engagement. Focus on troubleshooting complex issues, driving technical improvements, and mentoring team members.
Location: Budapest, Hungary, hybrid work model

What you will do
- Capture detailed customer technical requirements and translate them into solution designs.
- Manage technical direction and recommend optimum solutions for customers.
- Review and validate new developments and in-life products ensuring full integration.
- Drive improvements in design and delivery capabilities for technical solutions.
- Engage with customers at senior levels to influence service strategy and decisions.
- Lead root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and risk mitigation for complex issues.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary with hybrid work model
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)
- 3-5 years experience in system engineering or OSS system development, especially in Service Assurance.
- Experience with Unix, Windows, large IP networks, cloud and hardware-based Linux environments.
- Knowledge of OSS/infrastructure management tools and Agile SDLC.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor.
Nice to have
- Experience with SMARTS, Network Configuration Manager, SevOne, Cisco ACS, Splunk.
- Familiarity with SNMP, Java, C, Jira, Bamboo, Oracle/MySQL, Angular, Shell scripting, security certificates.
