What you will do
- Create programs to help customers adopt features faster, troubleshoot, and discover new use cases.
- Build dedicated community spaces for roles, regions, and industries to foster connection and belonging.
- Encourage and channel customer feedback to influence product development.
- Scale peer support networks with moderators and recognize top contributors.
- Track and analyze data to optimize community engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- 3+ years building customer and community programs, familiarity with Slack and community platforms.
- 5-8+ years in tech, ideally SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Comfort with technical content and product roadmaps.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and solve complex problems.
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
