What you will do

  • Define sales strategy and territory plans to meet quarterly objectives.
  • Target new enterprise clients across the DACH region aligned with company strategy.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with VP/EVP/C-suite stakeholders.
  • Manage full-cycle sales from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Leverage partners and ecosystem to create and accelerate opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English are mandatory.
  • 5+ years of sales experience including 3+ years in SaaS/B2B software.
  • Proven success closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to sell value/ROI at executive level.
  • Strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and consistent over-achievement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
