What you will do

• Shape assignments into detailed briefs for AI execution, ensuring minimal editing and alignment with customer outcomes.
• Execute content production through AI pipelines, managing inputs and reviewing outputs from draft to published state.
• Maintain a high quality bar for all published content, ensuring brand voice, accuracy, and customer standards.
• Analyze content performance to identify results-driving patterns and recommend strategies for organic growth.
• Shape the design of AI workflows by refining context and suggesting improvements for better outputs over time.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency in content processes.

Requirements

• Strong editorial taste and judgment, understanding what makes good content and when to refine.
• Obsessed with content performance, SEO, and AEO, connecting insights to brand visibility and organic growth.
• Ability to deliver high-quality content quickly without sacrificing essential details.
• Deep understanding of AI mechanics including prompts, context windows, and input shaping.
• Systems thinker who identifies patterns and improves inputs for compounding results.
• Attention to detail for accuracy and brand consistency, while being pragmatic about what matters.
• Focus on outcomes that drive customer results, not just outputs.
• Experience with SEO tools and platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console), including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to identify and solve process inefficiencies.

Nice to have

• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow).
• Background in content operations or editorial workflow management.
