Managing Editor (AI): Owning end-to-end content production operations using AI pipelines with an accent on quality assurance, workflow optimization, and performance analysis. Focus on shaping AI assignments, refining outputs, and identifying automation opportunities to drive organic growth.

Location: Fully Remote (EMEA). Overlap with 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST required. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in their country of residence as visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Shape strategic assignments into detailed briefs that AI can execute, connecting outputs to customer outcomes.
• Manage and execute content production through AI pipelines from draft through to published state.
• Maintain high-quality standards for all published content, ensuring brand voice, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze content performance to identify growth drivers, spot patterns, and provide insights to Account Strategists.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of AI workflows to produce better outputs over time.
• Identify and implement automation solutions in existing content processes to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Account Strategists and team members to implement workflow solutions that meet specific client needs.

Requirements

• Strong editorial taste and judgment to ensure high-quality, audience-effective content.
• Deep understanding of content performance, SEO, AEO, and strategies for organic growth.
• Ability to achieve speed in production without sacrificing quality, leveraging systems and templates.
• Profound understanding of how AI works, including prompts, context windows, and input shaping.
• Systems thinking approach to identify patterns, diagnose issues, and improve content inputs.
• Obsession with details that matter, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Focus on outcomes, driving measurable results for customers.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow).
• Background in content operations or editorial workflow management.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Linear, ClickUp).
