What you will do

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting to ensure data accuracy.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models and performance tracking for ARR, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
  • Develop and document scalable workflows for lead management, opportunity stages, and GTM function handoffs.
  • Generate actionable insights from sales data to guide strategy, resource allocation, and territory planning.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to streamline onboarding, quota planning, compensation tracking, and playbook development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align campaigns, pipeline goals, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategy within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency with CRM systems (Attio) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and improve GTM processes and reporting frameworks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with data-driven decision-making.
  • English: Native or fluent proficiency required.
