What you will do

• Build and own features from start to finish: plan, build, test, deploy, and iterate.
• Collaborate within a small, high-performing team and integrate user feedback directly from users.
• Interact with users in the community (through Slack, Twitter or Github) to review issues and prioritize work.
• Maintain an ownership mindset, comfortable with both responsibility and accountability.
• Navigate ambiguity in a new, rapidly growing, small team.
• Make trade-off decisions between moving quickly to launch features and optimizing for engineering excellence, comfortable with 80% done.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in building interactive products that teams love, with a focus on turning raw data into insights.
• Appreciation for good design (UI/UX) and passion for building user-friendly products.
• Fantastic communication skills, especially in a remote team.
• Experience or interest in open-source projects.
• Familiarity with some components of the tech stack: Typescript, React, Node, SQL, Express, React-hooks, Docker, GCP.
