- Safeguard clients from financial crime risks including money laundering, fraud, and sanctions.
- Resolve customer issues via email and chat efficiently.
- Manage client account information requests and personal portfolio of cases.
- Proactively follow up with clients and sales representatives to ensure timely task completion.
- Communicate task status and escalate issues as needed.
- Adhere to company values, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
