What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including customer, vendor, partner, and licensing contracts.
• Provide practical legal advice on commercial, corporate, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
• Support product, sales, security, and operational teams by identifying legal risks and offering business-focused solutions.
• Assist with corporate governance and maintain internal compliance practices.
• Help develop internal policies, processes, and playbooks for scalable legal operations.

Requirements

• At least five years of legal experience in the high-tech sector.
• Experience negotiating commercial technology agreements, especially SaaS and cloud-based models.
• Strong understanding of privacy and data protection frameworks including GDPR.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business priorities.
