What you will do

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Business teams to solve scaling challenges and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate product delivery processes and build/improve dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Design and launch global capabilities to support the delivery, monitoring and adoption of payment features.
• Use a data-driven approach to improve processes and efficiency.
• Bridge the gap between internal and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement within the product delivery cycle.
• Maintain a prioritized Product Operations backlog for scaling product knowledge, building feedback loops, and supporting launches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in Product Operations, Product Management, or similar roles within Fintech or Payment domain.
• Proven track record in building and implementing new processes from scratch within rapidly scaling organizations.
• An analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to process optimization.
• Familiarity with Product/Project Management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Highly motivated team player with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English language skills, able to communicate effectively and persuasively.
