What you will do

• Build full-stack features for the activation funnel including onboarding UI, guides, and dashboards using Laravel and Vue.
• Own backend services and APIs to support analytics, user progress tracking, and onboarding personalization.
• Implement robust event tracking with tools like Segment, Amplitude, BigQuery, and PostHog.
• Run A/B tests and iterative experiments to improve signup, activation, and trial conversion.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to identify blockers and opportunities across the funnel.
• Write clean, maintainable, and performant full-stack code, ensuring smooth deployment and observability.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience as a Fullstack or Product Engineer, ideally with exposure to growth or product engineering.
• Experience with modern frontend and backend development using React (or similar frameworks), Laravel, and Vue.
• Understanding of SaaS funnels (signup, onboarding, usage, activation, conversion).
• Experience implementing behavioral analytics, event tracking, and activation dashboards.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and statistical analysis of experiments.
• Strong design sensibility for creating polished, customer-facing interfaces.

Nice to have

• Experience on activation or conversion at a B2B SaaS or API-based startup.
• Ability to explain concepts like time-to-value, North Star metrics, or growth loops.
• Experience improving self-serve flows in technical products.
• Portfolio showcasing pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
