What you will do

• Design complex flows related to municipal healthcare and services.
• Translate data into clear, understandable, and decision-supporting interfaces.
• Create user-centred, accessible designs aligned with hirify.global’s design system and product principles.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions.
• Prototype, test, iterate, and collaborate closely with engineers to bring designs to life.
• Contribute to consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement of the overall product experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product, UX, UI, service or digital design.
• Experience working in modern product development teams with product managers and engineers.
• Strong user-centered design skills, including research, testing, and iteration.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma/FigJam and comfort using data to evaluate impact.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into your design workflow (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable).
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
